SOUTHERN REAL ESTATE, LLC ANNOUNCES CONTEST TO DETERMINE WHICH ATLANTA-AREA FAMILY WILL BE GIVEN GEORGIA MOUNTAIN PROPERTY

ATLANTA, September 1, 2008 – Southern Real Estate, LLC announced today that a drawing has launched to determine a winner in their land giveaway contest. The plot of land to be won is appraised at $150,000.00.

The location of the plot will be in Dade County, GA at the Preserve at Rising Fawn, a two-hour drive from Atlanta and minutes off the highway. The winner will also receive a log cabin kit at only 5% over cost, if a home is built within the year.

The reason Southern Real Estate is giving away this valuable piece of land is in the hopes that one Atlanta family will be able to establish their own cherished traditions in the peace and serenity of the Preserve.

The Preserve is a high-end, upscale mountain community that offers plenty of amenities and picturesque, rustic settings. Among the activates to participate in are fishing, trail hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, mountain biking, golfing, and a 53,000 square foot equestrian center. To be considered for the land giveaway contest, interested persons should first complete the free registration process.
